2026 Warehouse Holiday Closures
Our warehouse will be closed on February 15 -24, May 1 - May 5, October 1 - October 5. Parcels will be sent as soon as possible after the holiday closures.

Order Status Check
Tracking info will be emailed after dispatch. Updates may take 1-2 business days. For local tracking, use your tracking number with postal services like Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, or Australia Post. Track here: Order Status.

Order Cancellation Request
To cancel an order, please email us at service@lemonstraps.com within 120 minutes of your order being placed. Unfortunately, after 120 minutes, we will not be able to cancel an order due to our speedy processing times.

Lost Packages or Stolen Items
If you suspect a lost package during transit, contact us here. We will work with our courier partner to see if the issue can be rectified quickly, and in some instances we may ask you to contact the local delivery company directly. If the package is indeed lost during transit, we will resend the package at no extra cost.

Lemon Straps do not provide insurance coverage for lost or stolen items post-delivery. Nevertheless, if you are able to provide proof or police report that your item is indeed stolen, we may issue you a one-time free replacement package on a discretionary basis.

Cannot Locate Delivered Package
Please check your mailbox, your household surroundings, and with your neighbours to see if the package is left with them. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. Contact us here to reconfirm the shipment status. You may be asked to contact the local courier company for investigation and necessary arrangement.

We shall not be responsible for any stolen or repeated lost items once the packages are declared “delivered” by the courier service, and redelivery will not be arranged once your package has been marked "delivered". Nevertheless, if you are able to provide proof or police report that your item is indeed stolen, we may issue you a one-time free replacement package on a discretionary basis.

Customs Clearance
Customs clearance varies by country. In some locations, such as Taiwan, identity verification may be required. You are responsible for providing necessary information to customs.

Unclaimed Packages
Ensure accurate recipient information is provided at checkout. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, or the package is unclaimed or refused (including situations where the recipient is unavailable to receive it, e.g. traveling), we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Couriers may destroy unclaimed packages after a holding period, and this is outside of our control.

Shipping Origin
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Guangdong, and some are dispatched directly from our London office.

Can I return my item?
You can return any items within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. 

All items are covered by a 12-month warranty.

How do I start a return or exchange?
If your Apple Watch strap isn’t quite right, simply submit a return & exchange request online to start the process. We’ll quickly send you our London, UK return address upon approval. For gift returns, provide the purchaser’s name, email, phone, or order details. Refunds go to the original payment method; exchanges can ship to your chosen address.

Got a damaged or faulty item?
We’re here to help! If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within our 12-month warranty, email a photo to service@lemonstraps.com. We’ll cover return postage and fix it fast.

Returning for another reason?
No problem! Return unused items within 30 days, but you’ll need to cover return postage. Parcels must be posted within 30 days of the delivery date (postmark counts), and are shipped to our London, UK address at the customer's own cost. If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. Expect funds in your account within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs is non-refundable. 

Does the warranty cover Apple device damage?
Our warranty focuses on the quality of our products and does not cover damage to devices used with them. Normal wear and tear apply, so we encourage proper care to ensure your product works perfectly.

Good to know  
Is stainless steel safe for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic and commonly used for medical purposes. However, it contains trace amounts of nickel, which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding our steel products.

Warranty
Our 12-month warranty covers product faults, not normal wear or device damage.  

Care Tip
 Proper care keeps your strap in top shape! Clean metal, leather, or resin bands with a damp cloth (no alcohol or chemical cleaners) and air-dry fully before storing in a sealed bag or box in a cool, dry place.

Matcha is a three-ring set built around a soft green stone band. Two smooth gold-tone rings sit on either side of a rounded band of natural green stone, so the stone peeks through the gold like a little cup of matcha between two spoons of honey. Wear all three together for a chunky stacked look, or split them up and wear the green stone band on its own.

  • Size: US 7 (UK/AU N½, JP 14). Inner diameter 17.3mm, inner circumference 54.4mm. All three rings in the set are the same size. Fixed size, not adjustable.
