What does "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" mean?
We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we offer the following key policies:
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return/Exchange
Return or exchange non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return, and funds reach your account within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are not refunded.
**Only products returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging will be refunded.
12-Month Breakage Warranty
All watch bands, cases and accessories bought at our online shop come with a 12-month warranty. To claim, send a clear photo or video of the issue to service@lemonstraps.com for a one-time replacement. Exclusions include scratches, tarnish for non-waterproof items, wear and tear. Damages to electronic devices is not covered.
Shipping Guarantee
If your package is lost or shows no tracking update for 14 days*, we’ll send you a new one at no cost.
*Exceptions may apply for remote areas.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Send a clear photo or video of the issue to service@lemonstraps.com and we’ll arrange a free replacement, including return postage. Minor markings and color variations are normal and not considered defects.
