Apple Watch Band Size Guide: Which Strap Size Do I Need?
Your strap size depends on your Apple Watch series and case size, not your wrist. Find your model in the chart below, then choose the matching size on the product page.
1. Find Your Case Size
The case size is engraved on the back of your Apple Watch, for example 41mm or 46mm. You can also find it on your iPhone in the Watch app, under General → About.
2. Match It to Your Strap Size

Note: a 42mm Series 10–12 is the small size, but a 42mm Series 1–3 is the large size. Check your series before choosing.
Watch cases and screen protectors must match your exact case size.
3. Measure Your Wrist
Wrap a soft tape measure or a piece of string around your wrist where you wear your watch, then measure it against a ruler. Each product page lists the shortest and longest length that band fits.
4. Adjust Your Strap Length
Most of our straps adjust without tools. If a tool is needed, it's included with your order. The tutorials below cover our three most popular clasp types.
Length Adjustment Guide
Jewellery clasp
- Lift the latch on the top side of the jewellery clasp with your fingers to unsnap it.
- Remove extra clasps to shorten the watchstrap length.
- To relink the watchstrap, simply close and push the latch hook to snap the clasp shut.

These watchstraps are considered jewellery/accessories, and can be worn loosely on your wrist. Perfect fit is not guaranteed.
Folding clasp
- Observe the holes on both sides of the watchstrap. Point the adjustment tool pin into the holes that are deeper and do not have any straight line markings.
- Make sure the watchstrap is laid flat on the adjustment tool platform.
- Rotate the tool’s knob to push the needle inside the strap out.
- Remove excess pieces as needed.
- Relink the watchstrap by putting back the needle and pushing it in from the side it came out of with the adjustment tool.
(*In case the adjustment tool pin is broken because of excessive force, please replace it with the back-up one attached at the back of the tool.)

Hook lock
- Insert the mini screw driver into the hole where the arrow mark points to. Press the strap firmly onto a table, then push down the screw driver to open the clasp.
- Slide the clasp to adjust the length of your watchstrap.
- Insert the mini screw driver into the same hole. Push it towards the opposite side to relock the clasp.
